PRIORITIES
COVID 19 has caused a sudden disruption that will require clear-eyed, strategic, and, most importantly, transparent leadership. Organizational stabilization, recovery, and revitalization across all areas and functions of USA Fencing is critical to ensure long-term viability.
• Develop/update the organization’s strategic plan to meet needs of USA Fencing.
• Implement a multi-million dollar fundraising campaign to support mission enhancing programs and initiatives (i.e. referee development, continuous athlete development/pathway, membership services) that makes USA Fencing the best in the world.
LEADERSHIP
As a servant leader, I believe in transparency and collective uplift.
EXPERIENCE
I have over 25 years of professional and civic experience that I will use to help grow and expand the sport.
DETERMINATION
I seek input, information, and data to make decisions and solve problems. I am resolute, purposeful, and unafraid to do what is in the best interest and the good of the organization and membership.
